Hotel Registration

You are responsible for booking your hotel accommodation.

Each attendee is responsible for their hotel room and ancillary charges. To be assured of your room request, you must make your hotel reservation by September 3, 2024. Requests made after the cut-off date will be on a space available basis and may not receive the WNA contract rate. Wi-Fi is included in the room rate. Guest Room upgrades are on a space available basis.
