Dear WNA Members,
I have issued the requisite invoices for the registration fee for the Auckland Conference. If you did not receive your invoice or cannot open it, please advise and i'll be happy to send it to you directly. Please remember that while we certainly hope everyone will attend, it is policy that each member must pay one registration fee whether or not attending. Your attention to this is appreciated.
If you are going to send more than one member and/or a spouse is attending with you, if those plans are firm at this point, just e-mail me and i'll send the additional invoice so you can pay with only one wire transfer.
Please be reminded, once again, that this period is a very busy time in New Zealand and hotels book up early so I urge you to send your reservation form to me as soon as possible, especially if you will require additional nights before/after the conference as can only contract for the three nights of the conference. The Reservations Form is on the WNA website, Download Documents. If you cannot locate it, please e-mail me and i'll send the form directly to you,
Attendance at the conference is very important to success.
