Dear WNA Members,
Please note we're about six weeks from commencement of our 30th Annual Worldwide Conference! I hope you're already on the list of attendees! For those not yet confirmed, we have obtained an extension to the deadline on reservations until August 7, 2023; so please send reservation request form soonest.
We have not yet formalized the agenda, but the parameters are: Begin Septmeber 11, 2023, with our Welcome Reception at 6:30 PM at the hotel, Heavy hors d’ oeuvres until 9:00 PM. The formal meetings will begin Tuesday, Spetember 12, 2023 at 9:00 AM, general discussions/presentations with lunch, and concluding at about 5:00 PM. There are no group plans for this evening.
Wednesday, same programs as Tuesday except we will have a Group Dinner this evening sponsored by UCS Logistics. (Thank you Long and Richard!)
Thursday begin at 9:00 AM completing prior to lunch. (No group lunch planned.)
We will be releasing the One on One Booking program in coming days so that you may prebook your One on One Meetings. You may also "fill in" gaps upon arrival.
Travel arrangements from the airport to the hotel can be made by emailing: 'Nicole Leong Pei Shan'
If you need a visa invitation letter please send me a copy of your passport, showing all details and I'll issue it immediately.
